Add & Subtract Abacus

Sliding the double-sided boards into the base is such a clever design — my kindergartner loves flipping them to try different counting patterns. It's held up well to daily classroom use, too.

My 4-year-old actually chooses this over the tablet some evenings, which I did not see coming. The double-sided boards mean one side can be counting and the other simple sums, so it grows with her. The beads slide smoothly and the colors make patterns easy to point out.
