The town scene is so bright and detailed that my toddler immediately started driving the little cars along the roads. It rolls up easily for the diaper bag, and the mat stays put on our hardwood floor during play.

My 18-month-old drags this mat everywhere and it still lies flat thanks to the non-skid backing. The illustrated roads keep him busy pushing the little vehicles around during restaurant waits.

The non-skid backing actually works, even on our hardwood floors, so it doesn't slide around when my 2-year-old is crawling all over it. The town and road scene keeps him busy for a solid 20 minutes, which is a miracle. Folds up small enough to toss in the diaper bag too.
