The clue about which animals have front teeth on the bottom but not on top had my daughter guessing for a while before she scratched the dots to check. She's seven and usually loses interest fast, but this kept her busy through a whole rainy afternoon.

I got this for a road trip and it kept my 7-year-old busy for almost two hours. She liked reading the clues first, like the one about front teeth on the bottom, then scratching the dotted sections to find the animal family. Way better than handing her a screen.

The clue-and-scratch combo kept my six-year-old focused for a whole car ride, and the animal facts genuinely surprised me too—I didn't know that bit about the bottom front teeth. The coating scratched off smoothly without any frustrating chunks, leaving clean, colorful pictures underneath.
