The reward magnets are the real star - my daughter moved hers to the top row herself this morning. Those behavior prompts on the chart made the routine click for her, and we use the blank magnetic side for doodling after chores.
My 4-year-old actually asks to flip the board to the dry-erase side so she can draw her own checkmarks. The magnets hold through a whole week of toddler chaos, and the reward side keeps her motivated.
The magnets are strong enough that my four-year-old can move them herself without them sliding off, and she gets so proud when she earns one. It's the first chore chart we've stuck with past week two.
