The chunky wooden pieces are the perfect size for little hands, and my son squeals every time one drops in with that satisfying clunk. Even after weeks of daily play, the paint hasn't chipped at all.
My 18-month-old figured out the circle and square on day one, and the chunky pieces are big enough that I don't worry about choking. The satisfying clunk when a shape drops in keeps her coming back to it.
The shapes are fun and colorful, and my toddler likes dropping them in, but some of the cutouts feel a bit tight, making it hard for little hands to push the pieces through.
